How long does the promotion run for and when do I need to claim by?
To participate, you must submit your claim between 12.01am AEST 11/03/2024 to 11.59pm AEST the 31/03/2024 or until prizes run out.

How many times can I claim?
You can only claim once per person, and you must be over 18 to claim.
How will my prize be awarded?
Every valid claim received will be awarded a $10 Digital Prepaid Gift Card via SMS.
The card is issued in AUD and can only be awarded via SMS to a valid Australian mobile phone number. The prize can be used in-store once added to an NFC enabled mobile phone digital ‘wallet’ (Australian accounts of Google Pay, Apple Pay or Samsung Pay) at contactless point of sale terminals.
How long will it take for my Digital Prepaid Gift Card to arrive?

Where can I use the Digital Prepaid Gift Card?
The card can only be in-store used at First Choice Liquor Market, not online. Locate your nearest store, here: https://www.firstchoiceliquor.com.au/stores.
How does a Digital Prepaid Gift Card work?
Vault Payments will deliver a Pays-Enabled Prepaid Gift Card to your mobile phone. Once you have followed the steps to activate, you can make purchases in-store using the mobile’s NFC “tap and go” function.
The Pays-Enabled Prepaid Gift Card must be activated within 2 months of issue and is valid for 12 months after activation. At expiry of the Pays-Enabled Prepaid Gift Card any unused balance will be forfeited.
How do I activate my Digital Prepaid Gift Card?
- Within two (2) business days of successful claim, you will have received an SMS to the number provided at entry with an activation link. Your card must be activated prior to use and by the date specified in the SMS.
- Click on the link in the text message and you’ll be directed to your device’s app store to install the Vault Payments application.
- Click the option to install and then open the Vault Payments app and enter your mobile number and activation code that was provided in the SMS.
- When prompted, read and accept the Vault Payments Terms & Conditions.
- When your Card is displayed in the App, click “Add card to wallet” and follow the prompts to add your Card to your phones mobile wallet to make payments in store.
- Once activated your card can be used until the expiry date shown on the Card in the Vault Payment App.

I keep getting an error message when I try to activate my Digital Prepaid Gift Card. What do I do now?
The activation code is unique and will be made up of six (6) alpha numeric characters and is different to the code printed on the entry card.
If you receive an error message, it generally means you have already activated the card. Close the App, and re-open the app from the phones home screen (not from the SMS.)

How to add your Digital Prepaid Gift Card to your phone’s wallet.
- First, you will need to activate your card. (See above)
- Then you can press “Add card to wallet” in the Vault app to add to Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, or Samsung Wallet.
- If your phone is paired with an Apple Watch, you can choose to add your card to the wallet on your phone, the wallet on your watch, or both.

Can I make a purchase that is a greater amount than the value on my Digital Prepaid Gift Card?
- Your purchase must be equal to, or less than the value on your card otherwise payment will be declined.
- If in store you can ask the cashier to 'split' the payment between the value of your Vault card followed by a second payment method.
